Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A learner licence receipt issued under the former Act that was in force immediately before the commencement of this Act is taken, after the commencement, to be a driver licence receipt under this Act.
(2) The period of the receipt under this Act is taken to be the unexpired period of the receipt immediately before the commencement.
