RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 2012 (NO. 38 OF 2012) - SECT 179

    (1)     The ACAT has, and may exercise, the jurisdiction conferred on it by this Act.

Note     A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).

    (2)     The power to make orders conferred on the ACAT by this Act includes the power to make orders ancillary to those orders.
