Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts20. (1) A lease the terms of which authorise the carrying of stock on the land the subject of the lease shall be deemed to include a covenant by the occupier to pay the stock levy imposed under section 15.
(2) Subsection (1) does not derogate from any right of the Territory to recover, as a debt due, any amount of unpaid stock levy.
