TAXATION (ADMINISTRATION) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 55 OF 1993) - SECT 4

4. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (aa) “to which the Gaming Machine Act 1987 applies”; and

    (b)     by inserting after paragraph (2) (ca) the following paragraph:

    “(cb)     seize any gaming machine that the tax officer believes on reasonable grounds to be connected with an offence against a tax law;”.
