TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO. 22 OF 1989) - SECT 4

4. Section 5 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted:

“5. A person shall not—

        (a)     walk upon a public street; or

        (b)     use a wheelchair upon a public street;

without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the street.

Penalty: $100.”.
