Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the council or the Minister makes a reviewable decision, the council or the Minister (as the case requires) must give written notice of the decision and the reasons for the decision to each person mentioned in schedule 1, column 4 in relation to the decision.
(2) The notice must be in accordance with the requirements of the code of practice in force under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989 , section 25B (1).
