TRADE MEASUREMENT ACT 1991 (NO. 56 OF 1991) - SECT 59

59. A person may appeal to the Australian Capital Territory Administrative Appeals Tribunal against a decision of the licensing authority—

        (a)     to refuse the person's application for a licence;

        (b)     to make an order under section 55 in respect of the person;

        (c)     to impose or vary a condition to which the person's licence is to be subject;

        (d)     to reprimand the person as a licensee;

        (e)     to suspend the person's licence; or

        (f)     to cancel the person's licence and disqualify the former licensee from holding a licence.
