TRADE MEASUREMENT ACT 1991 (NO. 56 OF 1991) - SECT 80

80. (1) The Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Act 1970 and the Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Act 1973 are repealed.

(2) This Act does not apply to the sale of an article where—

        (a)     the article was packed before the commencement of this Act; and

        (b)     if the sale had occurred before the commencement of this Act, the seller would not have committed an offence against the Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Act 1970 .
