UNCOLLECTED GOODS ACT 1996 (NO. 86 OF 1996) - SECT 15

15. Where goods—

        (a)     have been moved to a retention area under subparagraph 14 (1) (a) (i); or

        (b)     are not claimed within the period specified in the notice under subparagraph 14 (1) (a) (ii);

the goods shall be deemed to be uncollected goods and may be disposed of in accordance with Part III.
