This Act amends the following legislation:

              •     Civil Law (Sale of Residential Property) Act 2003

              •     Land Titles (Unit Titles) Act 1970

              •     Unit Titles Act 2001

              •     Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011

              •     Unit Titles (Management) Regulation 2011

              •     Unit Titles Regulation 2001

Note     This Act also amends the Civil Law (Property) Act 2006
