VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT (NO. 37 OF 1995) - SECT 18

18. (1) A vocational education and training provider may apply to the Council for registration.

(2) An application shall be—

        (a)     in a form approved by the Council; and

        (b)     accompanied by the determined fee.
