Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person's registration as a veterinary surgeon is subject to the condition that the veterinary surgeon must comply with this Act.
(2) A veterinary surgeon is also subject to any other condition—
(a) prescribed by regulation; or
(b) imposed by the board when the person is registered as a veterinary surgeon or when the person's registration is renewed or amended.
