VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 2015 (NO. 29 OF 2015) - SECT 201

    (1)     This section applies to a person who was a board member of the ACT Veterinary Surgeons Board under the repealed Act

immediately before the commencement day.

    (2)     The person is, on the commencement day, taken to be a member of the ACT Veterinary Surgeons Board appointed under this Act in the same capacity that the person was appointed under the repealed Act

    (3)     The person's appointment ends at the end of the period stated in the appointment unless it is ended earlier.
