VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 2015 (NO. 29 OF 2015) - SECT 206

    (1)     The person who, immediately before the commencement day, was the executive officer of the ACT Veterinary Surgeons Board under the repealed Act

is, on the commencement day, taken to be the executive officer of the board on the same conditions that the person was appointed under the repealed Act

    (2)     The person's appointment ends at the end of the period stated in the appointment unless it is ended earlier.
