Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies after a board makes a decision about the action to take in relation to a complaint, or application for a condition review, relating to a veterinary surgeon referred to the board under division 8.2 (Assessments by personal assessment panels).
(2) The board must give—
(a) the veterinary surgeon written notice of the decision, including the reasons for the decision; and
(b) the commission written notice of the decision.
