VOCATIONAL TRAINING ACT 1989 (NO. 2 OF 1989) - SECT 60

60. An employer who enters into a contract of training shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to give the Chief Executive, within 14 days after the date of the contract—

        (a)     a copy of the contract; and

        (b)     such other documents, if any, as are prescribed.

Penalty:

        (a)     if the offender is a natural person—$1,000;

        (b)     if the offender is a body corporate—$5,000.
