WORK SAFETY ACT 2008 (NO. 51 OF 2008) - SECT 137

Revocation of improvement notice on compliance

If an inspector is satisfied that an improvement notice has been complied with, the inspector must revoke the notice by written notice given to the relevant responsible person.
