Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The relevant responsible person for an improvement notice commits an offence if the person fails to take reasonable steps to comply with a requirement of the notice.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
