WORK SAFETY ACT 2008 (NO. 51 OF 2008) - SECT 153

In this division:

"alleged contravention"—see section 154 (3) (b).

"enforceable undertaking "means a safety undertaking that has been accepted under section 155.

"relevant person", for an enforceable undertaking, means the person who gave the undertaking.

"safety undertaking"—see section 154 (2).
