Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) In March of each year, the chief executive must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operation of occupational work safety matters for which the chief executive is responsible under this Act during the period of 6 months commencing on the previous 1 July.
(2) The Minister must present the report to the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the day the Minister receives the report.
