Section 41 (2) (b) and (c)

substitute

        (b)     tell the person, in writing—

              (i)     of the positive risk assessment and that the person has been registered; and

              (ii)     the person's unique identifying number; and

              (iii)     the day the registration ends; and

              (iv)     anything else prescribed by regulation.
