AUSTRALIAN AIRLINES (CONVERSION TO PUBLIC COMPANY) ACT 1988 - SECT 37

    For the purposes of the Tax Act, the transferring body shall be deemed to have had, at all times before it complies with subsection 11(3) of this Act, a share capital all the issued shares in which were, at all such times, beneficially owned by the Commonwealth.
