Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commonwealth Minister has the functions and powers conferred on him or her under the National Electricity (Commonwealth) Law and Regulations.
(2) Any delegation by the Commonwealth Minister is taken to extend to, and have effect for the purposes of, the National Electricity (Commonwealth) Law and Regulations.
