A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 120

  (1)   If the ART reasonably believes that a person will be able to give information, or produce a document or records, relevant to an ART review, the ART may, for the purposes of the review, request the Secretary to exercise the Secretary's powers under section   154 or 157A.

  (2)   The Secretary must comply with the request as soon as practicable and no later than 7 days after the request is made.

  (3)   Section   153A does not apply to the Secretary when complying with a request under subsection   (1).
