Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf, in relation to an applicant for a warehouse licence, the Comptroller - General of Customs refuses to grant a warehouse licence, or refuses to grant a warehouse licence in relation to a particular place, the Comptroller - General must give the applicant written notice of the refusal and of the reasons for the refusal.
