Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsLegislation that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
Note: The provisions of a legislative instrument (the principal instrument) amended or inserted by this Act, and any other provisions of the principal instrument, may be amended or repealed by a legislative instrument made under the enabling provision for the principal instrument (see subsection 1 3(5) of the Legislation Act 2003 ).
