Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe provisions of this Act prevail over the provisions of Division 1 of Part 3 - 2 of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 , as that Division applies as a law of the Commonwealth, to the extent of any inconsistency.
