Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe rules may require the holder of an export permit for a kind of prescribed goods to notify the Secretary, in writing, if it is no longer intended to export the goods:
(a) in the circumstances prescribed by the rules; and
(b) at the time, or within the period, prescribed by the rules.
Note: The holder may be required to return the export permit to the Secretary (see section 236).
