Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may direct an authorised officer to carry out some or all of the export operations in an approved export program, whether or not an authorised officer is required in accordance with the program itself to carry out those export operations.

(2) If the Secretary gives a direction under subsection (1) in relation to some or all of the export operations in an approved export program, the Secretary must, in writing, notify the person whose export operations are affected by the direction.
