Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, at any time, give the CEO written notice requesting him or her to vary a corporate plan in the manner set out in the notice.
(2) The Minister is to set out in the notice the reasons for the request.
(3) The CEO must consider the request and reasons, prepare written proposals for such variations of the plan as the CEO considers appropriate and submit those proposals to the Minister.
(4) The Minister is to give the CEO written notice approving or rejecting the proposals.
