Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister considers that the person to whom an enforceable direction applies has failed to comply with the direction, the Minister may apply to the Federal Court for an order under subsection (2).
(2) If the Federal Court is satisfied that the person has failed to comply with the direction, the Court may make any one or more of the following orders:
(a) an order directing the person to comply with the direction;
(b) any other order the Court considers appropriate.
