HAZARDOUS WASTE (REGULATION OF EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) ACT 1989 - SECT 10A

Application of the Criminal Code

    Chapter   2 (other than Part   2.5 and Division   14) of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.

Note:   Chapter   2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
