NORTHERN AUSTRALIA INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITY ACT 2016 - SECT 24

    At a meeting of the Board a quorum is constituted by:

  (a)   if there are 7 or more members--5 members; and

  (b)   otherwise--4 members.

Note:   Section   33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 provides for participation in meetings by telephone etc.
