NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 - SECT 27

Condition--cooperation

    An NVR registered training organisation must cooperate with the National VET Regulator, at least to the extent that:

  (a)   it is necessary for the Regulator to perform the Regulator's functions; or

  (b)   it is necessary to facilitate the Regulator's performance of the Regulator's functions.
