Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Clean Energy Regulator may assist the Secretary to perform the Secretary's functions and exercise the Secretary's powers in relation to the establishment and maintenance of the Registry if the Secretary requests such assistance.
(2) The assistance may include providing, or arranging the provision of, services in relation to the establishment and maintenance of the Registry.
