Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the AOC or a licensed user would be entitled to make an application, or bring an action, against a person for a contravention of section 36, the AOC, or the licensed user may, in an action under section 64, make a counterclaim for any relief to which the AOC or the licensed user would be entitled under Division 1.
(2) The provisions of Divisions 1 and 2 apply as if a counterclaim were an application or action made or brought by the AOC or a licensed user under Division 1.
