Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, before the commencement of this section, the AOC purported to grant a licence for a particular period ending after that commencement authorising a person to use all, or any one or more, of the protected Olympic expressions for commercial purposes.
(2) This Chapter has effect as if the licence had been granted under section 38 for the part of that period that began after the commencement of this section.
