Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Civil proceedings may not be brought against a member, or a person acting under the direction or authority of a member, in relation to loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by a person in the course of the proper performance or exercise of the Commission's functions or powers.
(2) Civil proceedings may not be brought against a person in relation to loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by another person because the first - mentioned person:
(a) made a statement or submission; or
(b) gave information or a document;
in good faith to the Commission in the course of the proper performance or exercise of the Commission's functions or powers.
