Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAn application for an exemption from one or more provisions of this Chapter or rules made for the purposes of this Chapter in relation to regulated waste material may be made to the Minister by:
(a) a person who wishes to export regulated waste material; or
(b) a person prescribed by the rules.
