Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere under this Act a medical examination of a person (being a person who is or becomes employed by an approved authority) is required, the cost of the examination shall be borne by the approved authority and the approved authority may apply for that purpose any moneys under its control.
