Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Executive Director holds office on the terms and conditions (if any) in relation to matters not covered by this Act that are determined by the Trust.
(2) However, the Trust must first request the advice of the Remuneration Tribunal in respect of the remuneration and allowances of the Executive Director.
