SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 - SECT 72

  (1)   The Trust may, by writing, delegate to:

  (a)   the Executive Director; or

  (b)   an SES employee of the Department; or

  (c)   a person employed under section   48;

all or any of the functions and powers conferred on the Trust by this Act.

  (2)   The Executive Director must report at least once every 6 months on the exercise of delegated functions and powers.
