Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Increases in pensions payable by virtue of section four of this Act have effect from and including the first fortnightly payment of pensions made after the commencing date.
(2) Pensions payable by virtue of section five of this Act are payable from and including the first fortnightly payment of pensions made after the commencing date.
