Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Managing Director may, in writing, delegate all or any of his or her functions or powers to a member of the Tourism Australia staff who has the expertise appropriate to the function or power delegated.
(2) In performing a delegated function or exercising a delegated power, a delegate must comply with any written directions of the Managing Director.
