TERRORISM AND CYCLONE INSURANCE ACT 2003 - SECT 37

    The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for:

  (a)   payment to the Corporation of amounts borrowed by the Corporation from the Commonwealth; and

  (b)   payments by the Commonwealth under section   35 or 35A.
