11. Rule 47 (Statement of realisation and distribution of estate)

  11.1   Subrule 47 (2):
Omit "If the trustee sends a notice under subsection 140 (3) or (5) of the
Act, he or she must", substitute "If the trustee sends cheques to creditors
under subsection 140 (8) of the Act, the trustee must, when the trustee sends
the last of the cheques,".
