1992 No. 194 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 13

  13.1   Omit the rule, substitute:
Trustee to inform the Registrar of cancellation of objection

"50. If an objection to the discharge of a bankrupt is cancelled:

   (a)  by the Inspector-General under subsection 149N (1) of the Act; or

   (b)  by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal on an application under section
        149Q of the Act; the trustee must give, as soon as practicable after
        the objection has been cancelled, a written notice to the Registrar
        that states that the objection has been cancelled.".
