1992 No. 194 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 29

29. Rule 129 (Application for summons under subsection 81 (1) of the Act)
  29.1   Subrule 129 (2):
Omit the subrule, substitute:

"(2) If the application is of a kind referred to in paragraph (1) (c), the
Registrar must serve on the person to be examined:

   (a)  a copy of the application; and

   (b)  a copy of the affidavit in support of the application; and

   (c)  a notice setting out the effect of subrule (2A).

"(2A) The person to be examined may file with the Registrar, within 7 days of
being served with the documents referred to in subrule (2):

   (a)  a notice objecting to the production of:

        (i)    the books or classes of books referred to in the application
               for a summons; or

        (ii)   any of the books or classes of books that are referred to in
               the notice; and

   (b)  an affidavit that states the grounds of the objection.".
  29.2   Subrule 129 (3):
Omit "paragraphs 2 (a) and (b)", substitute "subrule (2A)".
