1992 No. 194 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 8

  8.1   Omit the rule, substitute:
Notice of annulment of bankruptcy

"36. (1) If a trustee files a certificate under subsection 74 (5A) of the Act,
the trustee must give a copy of the certificate to the Official Receiver as
soon as practicable after filing the certificate.

"(2) If a trustee files a certificate under subsection 74 (5A) of the Act, the
Registrar must publish a notice in the Gazette as soon as practicable after
receiving the certificate, stating:

   (a)  the fact that the bankruptcy has been annulled; and

   (b)  the date on which it was annulled.".
