6. Regulation 15 (Authority and authorised persons to have certain powers)

6.1 Subregulation 15 (1):
Omit "A person authorised in writing by the Authority", substitute "An
authorised person".
6.2 Subregulation 15 (3): Omit "A person authorised by the Authority under
subregulation (1)",
substitute "An authorised person".
6.3 Subregulation 15 (5):
Omit "a person authorised under subregulation (1)", substitute "an authorised
person".
